Nashville, TN---March 07th, 2002----Computer Sentry Software, Inc., (CSS, Inc.) an industry leader in computer security software, has another successful recovery on their hands. CSS, Inc's. security software system, The CyberAngel®, with it's unique patented Alert, Lock, and Locate technology, was able to identify the location of a stolen computer registered with its software, and provide the local police department with that information.

On November 21st, a sales agent for AFLAC Insurance in Plano, TX noticed that his truck was broken into and his laptop computer had been stolen. He called the CSS, Inc. Security Monitoring Center and reported the theft of the protected computer. On March 06th, The CyberAngel® Security Software silently communicated with CSS, Inc.'s Security Monitoring Center and reported the location of the stolen computer to be Corpus Christi, TX. With cooperation and coordination between the Plano and Corpus Christi police departments, and with the information provided by the CSS, Inc. Security Monitoring Center, they were able to obtain the necessary warrants and retrieve the stolen computer within a day's time of the alarm event and were able to identify and arrest the thieves.
